Körber is adding a ChatBot to its growing software suite based on AI. With the new K.Optimize ChatBot getting information based on data from automation equipment is as easy as small talk. In plain language, warehouse operators can ask direct questions about overall system availability, potential malfunctions, and ad other important operating conditions. The K.Optimize ChatBot will give fast and actionable insights in a conversational manner based on the customer’s own data, all in a cyber safe environment without sharing knowledge or data with third parties. New industry standard for scalable WCS
Körber also just released K.OneX WCS, a Warehouse Control System that sets new standards in modularity, scalability, and easy integration to software products from third party suppliers, including all leading ERP systems.
K.OneX is based on two foundational code layers that entails Körber’s decades of experience in controlling universal warehouse logistics. On top of these layers, modules that suit the specific automation solution are added, making it easy to scale the systems as warehouses grow and need change.
