JD.com moves into MLP Pruszków II – Chinese e-commerce giant expands its footprint in Poland



JD.com, one of the world’s largest e-commerce players, is strengthening its presence in Poland by joining the tenant lineup at MLP Pruszków II. Through its subsidiary, JINGDONG Logistics – China’s leading supply chain logistics operator – the company has secured a lease of 9,600 sqm of modern warehouse and office space, tailored to its specific requirements. The tenant will commence operations at the site in March, while full facility availability is anticipated by July 2025. JINGDONG Logistics was represented in the transaction by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.


JINGDONG Logistics (also known as JINGDONG), the logistics arm of JD.com, is a global leader in advanced logistics solutions, rapidly expanding its international presence. MLP Pruszków II is the largest logistics complex in the Warsaw region, with a target leasable space of 420,000 sqm. With its excellent location in the Brwinów municipality, just 5 km from Pruszków and in close proximity to the A2 motorway, the park offers outstanding transport connections to central Warsaw and other regions of Poland and Europe.
