MLP Business Park Poznań is an urban project located just 9 km from the city center, at Wołczyńska Street 18. It will ultimately offer a total of 43,300 square meters of modern space. One of the main advantages of the park is its ideal location, ensuring easy access by car and public transport. The park is surrounded by a bus and tram stop, with the PKP Junikowo railway station nearby, and is only 2.5 km from the A2 motorway.
The excellent location allows for fast and efficient last-mile logistics, making it an ideal spot for opening a prestigious office just a short distance from the city center. The MLP Group project is primarily aimed at companies in the e-commerce sector and other entities whose business activities require an urban location and high-standard office and commercial space.
In keeping with its build & hold strategy, MLP Group retains completed logistics parks in its portfolio and manages them. All projects undertaken by MLP Group are distinguished by highly attractive logistics park locations, built-to-suit solutions, and ongoing tenant support throughout the lease term.
